Software built around the way your company works.
Coffee shops taking mobile orders before the morning rush. Beach clubs managing chair rentals, availability, and payments. Food trucks accepting online orders without slowing down service. When off-the-shelf software does not fit the way your business operates, we build a system that does.
FruitStack is us.
FruitStack is Mango Media's software studio. Same company, same office in St. Thomas, running under its own name because someone shopping for a booking platform is not searching for a photography agency.
That matters more than it sounds. On most projects like this the design sits with one company and the build sits with another, and the gap between them is where things get expensive. Here there is no gap. The people who design what your guest sees are the people who build what runs underneath it, and they are in the same room.
One contract, one point of contact, one team accountable for the whole thing.
Systems for how things actually run here.
Mainland software assumes mainland conditions. These are built for intermittent connectivity, cruise ship surges, seasonal staffing and local payment rails.

Software, answered.
No. It is Mango Media's software studio, running under its own name. Same company, same people, one contract. Nothing is subcontracted out and there is no second vendor to manage.
Usually yes. Clover, common PMS platforms and most payment processors expose APIs we can work with. If yours does not, we will tell you before you commit rather than after.
Ongoing support and maintenance, agreed as a monthly arrangement. Custom software needs someone on the other end of the phone, and that is built into how these engagements are structured.
If one fits, buy it, and we will say so. Custom is worth it when the operation genuinely does not match what is on the market, which in the Caribbean happens more often than you would expect.
A focused booking system is typically eight to sixteen weeks. Larger platforms with multiple integrations run longer. Scope drives it and we phase where it makes sense so something useful goes live early.
Got a process nothing on the market fits?
Describe how it works today and we will tell you honestly whether it needs building or buying.
